This easy to make protein smoothie makes you feel like you are on a tropical island with its cool and refreshing flavours along with a bit of kick from the ginger.

Not only healthy and loaded with flavour it gives you that added Vit C boost, especially key when keeping the immune system happy.
Summer is here, why not get into the Tropical vibe!

TROPICAL GINGER SPICED BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE
Serv: 3 Pax
INGREDIENTS
1 Cup of fresh mango chopped
1/2 Cup frozen mango chopped
1/2 Cup frozen pineapple
1/3 Cup coconut cream
1/2 Tsp ginger powder
1 Tsp fresh lime juice
2 Tbsp Monk Fruit Syrup
2 Servings Nuzest Clean Lean Vanilla Protein
1 Tbsp Flaxseed meal
2 Cups of Oat milk
5 Blocks of ice
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Pour into your glass jars, finishing it off with a tablespoon of coconut yoghurt, drizzle a little monk fruit syrup on top, with a sprinkle of cinnamon and ginger and a few pieces of dehydrated pineapple
