VANILLA AVOCADO TOASTED SMOOTHIE

Think of a high fiber breakfast, filled with protein, without added sugars or processed Ingredients.


This smoothie is thick, wholesome and made with mainly vegetables, avocado (which is a fruit) and of course some added coconut crunch and good quality protein.





VANILLA AVOCADO TOASTED SMOOTHIE


Serv: 2 pax

INGREDIENTS

1/2 Cup leftover pumpkin

1/2 Ripe avocado

1 Handful of baby spinach

2 Cups coconut milk

5 Blocks of Ice


INSTRUCTIONS


Blend all the above ingredients until smooth apart from the coconut crunch, once blended pour the coconut crunch to the mix by folding it into the mix with a spoon, sprinkle with cacao nibs, toasted coconut crunch and some slices of left over pumpkin.
