And yes, you can have them in winter too :)⁠




POST CHRISTMAS VANILLA PANCAKE SMOOTHIE BOWL


Serv: 2 Pax⁠

INGREDIENTS⁠

1 Frozen banana⁠

1/2 Cup chickpeas⁠

1 Cup cauliflower florets (raw or steamed)⁠

2 Servings Nuzest Clean Lean Vanilla Protein⁠

1/2 Tsp all spice⁠

1 Cup of coconut yoghurt⁠

1/2 Cup of coconut milk⁠

1 Tsp flaxseed meal⁠

1 Tsp vanilla extract⁠

Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and thick. Place into your serving bowls, and sprinkle with whatever your heart desires, look in the fridge to see what fruits were left over from the christmas lunch/dinner.
