Making your breakfast exciting, does not require a lot of time. In fact you can make it the night before, saving you time in the morning.
Pistachios are high in protein, fiber, and antioxidants. They also boast several other important nutrients, including vitamin B6 and potassium.
Vitamin B6 is important for several bodily functions these include blood sugar regulation and the transport of carrying oxygen in red blood cells.
It is known that, pistachios are among the lowest-calorie nuts.
One ounce (28 grams) of pistachios contains 159 calories, compared with 185 calories in walnuts and 193 calories in pecans (see ref on website)

These little nuts are packed with protein, therefore they contain about 20% protein of their weight, pistachios are second only to almonds when it comes to protein content. (*)
They also have a higher ratio of essential amino acids — the building blocks of protein — than any other nut.
This power packed high fiber, high protein breakfast, will not only leave you satisfied, but you would feel fuller for longer thanks to the slow digestion of the chia seeds, the protein and of course the essential amino acids.
Protein naturally takes more effort to digest, therefore your digestion has to work harder in result to you boosting your metabolism.
Let us not forget the other protein benefits, our bodies need proteins and amino

acids to produce important molecules in our body – like enzymes, hormones, neurotransmitters, and antibodies – without an adequate protein intake, our bodies can’t function well at all. (**)
Protein is great in replacing worn out cells, transports various substances throughout the body, and aids in growth and repair.
