This easy to make upside down key-lime cheesecake is not only delicious, but totally free from any processed ingredients.


You can definitely allow your taste buds to get that fix. However they won’t know you have outsmarted them.

UPSIDE DOWN KEY-LIME CHEESECAKE

INGREDIENTS


Key Lime cheesecake:

1 Cup pre-soaked macadamia nuts / cashews

1 Lemon juiced

2 Limes juiced

4 Tbsp Monk Fruit Syrup

1/2 Cup coconut milk (ice cold)

1/2 Avocado ripe

1 Tsp vanilla extract


Crumble crunch:

1 Cup of coconut power crunch (cinnamon)

1 Tbsp chopped macadamia nuts

1 Tbsp cacao nibs


INSTRUCTIONS


Blend all the ingredients for the cheesecake until smooth. Pour into your glass jars and set in the fridge for 1 hour before you serve.


After the hour has passed, before serving, smash up your Nuzest protein bar into crumbles, along with your toasted coconut crunch. Sprinkle on top and enjoy.
