1/4 Cup Nuzest Clean Lean Chocolate protein
1 Serving Nuzest Kids Good Stuff Vanilla Caramel
1 1/4 Cup of Gluten-free all-purpose flour (or self raising flour)
1/3 Cup of dark cocoa powder
1/3 Cup Monk Fruit powder
6 Tbsp coconut oil
1 Cup macadamia nut milk
1 Tsp vanilla extract

1/2 Cup peanut butter (smooth runny)
1 Serving Nuzest kids Good stuff vanilla caramel
1 Tsp vanilla extract
1/3 Cup monk fruit syrup
Sprinkle a little toasted coconut from @cocobynuco
INSTRUCTIONS
Pre-heat your oven to 180C/350F. Grease a 12-count donut pan with cooking spray or use donut silicone moulds.
Using a large mixing bowl, add your dry ingredients and mix well.
Then, add all the wet ingredients, and mix until a thick batter remains. If it is too thick, add a little extra milk.
For ease when you do pour the batter into the moulds use a ziplock bag.
Cut one corner of it and distribute the batter evenly amongst the donut holes. Bake for 13-15 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean.
Allow the donuts cool in the pan for 10 minutes, before carefully transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Once cooled, frost them.
