MANGO VANILLA BERRY SMOOTHIE

Berries are not only widely popular, but delicious and such a great superfood to add into a smoothie.⁠

Most often I add berries to my smoothies, I think of those extra antioxidants along with its delicious goodness. Berries are so great to fight off free radicals. ⁠

This smoothie has a delicious twist with a little mango, and some smooth vanilla protein from Nuzest. Giving it that final texture and taste with added protein.⁠






MANGO VANILLA BERRY SMOOTHIE


Servings: 2 Pax

INGREDIENTS


1 Cup of fresh mango chopped

1/2 Cup of frozen Black/Blueberries

1/2 Cup fresh Raspberries/Strawberries

1 Cup chopped Frozen Strawberries

1 Cup of ice

400ml Fresh coconut water


INSTRUCTIONS


Start by placing the softer fruits into the blender first, the mango, then the protein powder, add your frozen berries, ice. Then finally pour in your coconut water.


Blend the entire mix until smooth.
