ONE BOWL BANANA CHOC CHIP GRAIN-FREE COOKIE CRUMBLE WITH CREAMY STRAWBERRY CENTER

Easy to make, fuss free plus we have not smothered this recipe with refined sugars and processed ingredients.
It’s a one bowl of wonder ladies!

GRAIN-FREE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE WITH CREAMY STRAWBERRY FILLING
12-14 Cookies
INGREDIENTS
The ultimate Chocolate grain-free pre-mix:
1/3 Cup almond meal
1/3 Cup coconut flour
1/3 Cup oatmeal flour
1 Serv Nuzest Clean Lean chocolate protein
1/3 Cup sugar free dark chocolate chips
1 Tsp baking powder
1/2 Tsp baking soda
Rest of the ingredients:
1 Large mashed banana
1 Tsp vanilla extract
1 Large egg
1/2 Cup runny Peanut butter
3 Tbsp monk fruit syrup
1/3 Cup coconut oil (melted)
Strawberry cream Center:
2 Serv Nuzest Clean Lean strawberry protein
1/2 Cup coconut yoghurt
1/3 Cup cashew nut butter
1/2 Tsp vanilla extract
1/3 Cup ice cold nut milk
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (176 C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add all the ingredients to your mixing bowl apart from the strawberry cream layer.
Once the cookie mixture is well combined, giving you that dough like consistency start measuring and scooping out your cookies onto your baking tray.
Bake for 18-25min until golden brown. Allow to cool. Optional enjoy just as they are. Or turn half the batch into ice-cream sandwiches, by giving them a creamy strawberry centre. Pop them in the freezer for 30min to set allowing the strawberry cream to become firm. Giving you that ice-cream feel.
The rest of the cookies (without the creamy center) can be kept in an airtight jar for up to a week.
