EASY OATMEAL PROTEIN COOKIES


These easy healthy banana oatmeal breakfast cookies are made with peanut butter and of course no flour, but you’d never tell!


These cookies are crunchy, delicious and a great alternative to have in the cupboard.


Made of rolled oats, banana, peanut butter and a few other ingredients.











EASY OATMEAL PROTEIN COOKIES


INGREDIENTS


2 Cups of Rolled oats

1 Large egg

1/2 Cup peanut butter

1 Ripe banana

1 Serv of Nuzest Clean Lean vanilla protein

1 Tsp gluten free baking powder

1/2 Cup chopped figs and brazil nuts

2 Tbsp Monk fruit powder


INSTRUCTIONS


Preheat the oven to 175C/350F. Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

Using a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients and mix very well, until fully combined.


Slightly wet your hands and form 8-10 balls with the oatmeal dough. Place each ball on the lined mat, and press each ball into a cookie shape. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until slightly golden on the edges. Remove from the oven.

Then once baked, allow to cool.
