New Years resolutions. What New years resolutions did you make!
Sometimes, we ask ourselves why we find most of the time our new years resolutions fail.
Often they fail because they are not simple and specific to OUR own goals and OUR lifestyle. Instead it follows a trend, or factor that society is expecting. But what are you expecting? The main focus here is you.
Give yourself the right goals and by breaking them down, make it simple and give yourself resolutions/goals throughout the year, not just one one day in the new year.

Most of the time when it comes to being healthy, fit etc. We tend to jump too high without thinking of simpler ways as to how we can incorporate these changes.
Think of your health, fitness and wellness lifestyle as a marathon, not a sprint.
It takes time, it takes time, it happens a lot slower, but it provides a consistent rhythm in the end.

Therefore, instead of following a super restrictive plan that bans anything you mostly enjoy, add one positive habit per week by taking small actions.
For example, you could start with something easy like drinking more water during your first week.
The following week, you could move on to adding more fruits and veggies to your day.
And the next week, you could aim to replace those unhealthy desserts with a healthier swap.
I mean why not right?!
Don’t try too hard, just making positive choices most of the time will result to a consistent rhythm, so with this, I mean you try your best, but don’t put unnecessary stress on yourself.
Track your progress! So how do you do this with food? Make healthier choices by writing it down, taking photos and creating your own health board.
Each day write, today I made a better choice in deciding to make my own ice cream squares instead of buying ice cream.
