This easy to make family favourite chocolate blueberry smoothie is not only full of flavour, but nutrients too.
A simple combination that can make any child LOVE whole foods. This smoothie can be made in a double batch for the whole family if you are three or four in the family.
A smoothie that is a meal has some of the following key features :

Carbohydrate is the body’s preferred energy source. Try to include complex carbs with each meal and snack to boost energy.

Protein takes longer for your body to break down and turn into energy so it is a longer lasting energy source that also provides satiety (minimising the risk of reaching for sugary snacks). Kids Good Stuff is a plant-based smoothie mix with 8g a protein in every serve.

CHOCOLATE BLUEBERRY NUT-CRUNCH SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS
2 Frozen bananas 1/2 Cup of fresh blackberries 1 Cup of oat milk 1 Teaspoon of almond butter 2 Servings of Nuzest Rich Chocolate Kids Good Stuff 1 Tablespoon raw cacao powder 1/2 Teaspoon of cinnamon 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract 5 blocks of ice 1/3 Packet of toasted cacao coconut flakes
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend until smooth.
Top with some coconut yoghurt, toasted cacao coconut flakes, fresh berries and some nuts **optional.
