About the event
With the current state, stress is becoming one of the highest known illnesses of all time, stress impacts on our overall health 10 folds, starting now is never too late and we want to aim to focus on decreasing the impact of stress, finding quick easy ways on what we can do to reduce stress and anxiety is key. With this 7 day program we want to aim in creating a lifestyle habit be reducing stress, if stress is not taken care of and left the effects of persisting stress can lead to serious health issues. Chronic stress can wreak havoc on the mind and body, contributing to conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, Alzheimer's, autoimmune diseases, as well as damaging effects on mental health.
