A package that runs over 3 months, we will meet for one hour twice a month, working towards your lifestyle and wellness goals, re-look at your nutrition profile on and off the plate, your nutrition does not start on and off the plate only, but also in your overall life, work, home environment etc. Within this package we will allow to take time out to discuss your unique needs. We find which styles of eating best support your body and lifestyle right now. This can be different for everyone. Finding balance through nutrition is not through deprivation or creating lists of what is good or bad foods for you. Instead, we work towards using foods you’ll enjoy and make them a part of your daily routine based on how your body can best utilize it.
